Event Settings let you control how events display across your site. Find them at Settings → Events.
Homepage Upcoming Events style
Choose how the Upcoming Events block looks on your homepage:
- Inline (simple) — the default. A clean, contained row of event cards that sits in the page like the Kids and Youth sections.
- Full-width band — a bold strip that stretches edge-to-edge across the page, setting the events apart from the rest of the homepage.
This only affects the homepage Upcoming Events block; events elsewhere on your site are unchanged. If you've never set this, your site uses Inline.
Fallback image
Set a default image that appears on any event card that doesn't have its own image. This keeps your events page looking polished even when individual events don't have photos.
Timezone
Set the timezone used when displaying event times. This ensures your events show the correct local time regardless of where your visitors are browsing from. Options include Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific, Alaska, and Hawaii time zones.
Planning Center sync
Sync your event calendar with Planning Center Online so events created in PCO automatically appear on your site.
