Creating an Event

Events appear on your church's events page and can be featured on the homepage. To edit your events, you'll want to log in to your 'Studio,' then navigate to Structure → Events. Click the '+' icon to create a new event.

Creating an event

  1. Go to Structure → Events
  2. Click the + button
  3. Fill in the Title and Slug
  4. Set the Date & Time
  5. Add an optional Time for display (e.g., "6-8pm" or "Between Services")
  6. Add a Description, Image, and Location
  7. Click Publish

Tip: The Time field is a plain-text display field, separate from the actual date/time. It's what visitors see on event cards — use it for friendly times like "Sunday mornings at 9 & 11am."
