Image types

Pages have two image fields that serve different purposes:

  • Promo Image: The main image displayed in the page header
  • Secondary Image: An additional header image, displayed alongside the promo image. Only appears when a promo image is set

Image best practices

  • Use images that are at least 1200px wide for headers
  • Set the hotspot (the focal point circle) so your image crops well at different sizes
  • Always fill in Alt Text — it helps with accessibility and SEO. Describe what's in the image

SEO basics

  • Page Description: Write a 1-2 sentence summary. This shows up in Google search results and when people share your link on social media
  • SEO Title: Override the page title in search results. Leave blank to use the page title
  • Keep descriptions under 160 characters
