Pages are the building blocks of your website. Each page has a URL, a title, and content built from various block types.
Creating a page
Navigate to Structure → Pages and click the + button. Every page needs at least a Title and a Slug.
Key fields
- Title: The main heading that displays on the page and in navigation menus
- Slug: The URL path for this page. Click "Generate" to create one from the title
- Parent Page: Optional. Nests this page under another (e.g., setting "Ministries" as parent gives you
/ministries/your-page) - Promo Image: The main image displayed in the page header
- Secondary Image: An additional header image, displayed alongside the promo image. Only appears when a promo image is set
SEO fields
The Page Description and SEO Title help your page appear in Google search results. The description also displays in some places on your site. Keep descriptions under 160 characters for best results.
