Forms let your visitors submit information — contact requests, prayer requests, signups, and more.
Creating a form
- Go to Structure → Forms
- Click the + button
- Enter a Title (this is for your reference, not shown to visitors)
- Add Form Fields — choose from text inputs, dropdowns, checkboxes, and more
- Set the Submit Button Text (e.g., "Send Message")
- Configure Email Recipients — who receives submissions
Form field types
- Text Input: A single-line text field
- Text Area: A multi-line text field for longer responses
- Select/Dropdown: A list of predefined options to choose from
- Checkbox: A yes/no toggle
- Radio Buttons: Multiple choice where only one option can be selected
Confirmation emails
You can set up a Confirmation Email that automatically sends to the person who submitted the form. This is great for acknowledging receipt of their message.
Tip: To display a form on a page, you embed it via the page's content blocks. Forms aren't standalone pages — they're components you place within pages.
